30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for damaged or incorrect orders. This means that if you receive a damaged or wrong item, you have up to 30 days from the date of reception to request a return. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims determined to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@f1rstballot.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send back your item. All products sent are marked with a return address on the packing slip for your convenience. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover that an item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@f1rstballot.com. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, we recommend checking our sizing charts, available for each item in the product description section of our store. In the rare event that an item you ordered is mislabeled, please contact us at support@f1rstballot.com immediately after receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without the need for justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time for the refund may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
