- Japan: Anticipate a shipping duration of 6–27 business days.

We've partnered with a globally distributed on-demand order fulfilment company. Your order will be printed and shipped from the facility that can do so most efficiently based on your location.

International orders may be subject to additional customs and tax fees determined by your local customs office. These fees are beyond our control and vary from country to country. We recommend checking with your local customs office directly regarding duties and taxes on your purchases.

Our return policy covers damaged or incorrect orders within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn or unused condition with packaging intact. Additionally, you'll need to provide proof of purchase.

In rare cases of mislabelled items, please notify us at support@f1rstballot.com immediately after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Most of our items are available in men's sizing, unless otherwise specified. Refer to the size charts on our product pages to select the appropriate size.

Unfortunately, all orders must be placed together. We cannot combine multiple orders due to high order volume.
